1. Our Commitment
SparkSchool AI is committed to making our website and platform accessible to teachers with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review our product regularly to identify and fix barriers.
2. Standards We Follow
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, across our marketing website and platform. This includes keyboard navigability, sufficient colour contrast, descriptive text for images and icons, and compatibility with common screen readers.
3. Ongoing Work
Accessibility isn't a one-time project for us. As we ship new AI tools and redesign existing ones, we test against WCAG criteria and incorporate accessibility feedback from teachers into our roadmap.
4. Known Limitations
Some parts of the platform — particularly newer, richly interactive tools like presentation and science lab builders — may not yet fully meet every WCAG success criterion. We prioritise fixes based on impact and are actively working through our backlog.
5. Feedback & Contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on SparkSchool AI, tell us — we want to fix it. Email hello@sparkschool.ai with a description of the issue and, if possible, the page or tool where it occurred.
