1. Our Commitment
SparkSchool AI exists to give teachers more time with students, not less oversight of them. We take the safety of the children our platform ultimately serves seriously, even though our direct users are adult teachers and school staff. This policy sets out the principles we design and operate by.
2. Who Uses SparkSchool AI
SparkSchool AI accounts are created and used by teachers, school administrators, and other education professionals aged 18 or over. We do not offer student-facing logins, and students do not interact directly with our AI models through the Service.
3. Designed Around Teachers, Not Students
Every piece of content SparkSchool AI generates — a lesson plan, a quiz, a science lab guide — passes through a teacher before it reaches a classroom. We build for a "teacher-in-the-loop" model deliberately: AI generates a draft, and a qualified adult reviews it before it's used with students. See our Terms of Service for more on this responsibility.
4. Data We Don't Collect
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Where a teacher includes student names, grades, or performance data inside materials they create (for example, class analytics), that information is entered and owned by the school, not solicited by us from students directly. Schools remain responsible for their own obligations to parents and students regarding that data, and we encourage schools to avoid including sensitive student identifiers in AI prompts wherever possible.
5. Content Safeguards
Our AI tools include safeguards intended to prevent generation of content that is unsafe, exploitative, or inappropriate for a school setting. We continuously review flagged outputs and update our safeguards as new risks emerge. If you encounter generated content that is unsafe or inappropriate, please report it immediately using the details below.
6. Reporting a Concern
If you believe SparkSchool AI has been misused in a way that puts a child at risk, or if generated content raises a safety concern, contact us right away. We investigate every report and will take appropriate action, including suspending accounts where necessary.
7. Contact Us
Report a child safety concern at hello@sparkschool.ai or call +91 99702 55066. We treat these reports as a priority.
