SparkSchool AI is owned and operated by Qubiverse Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a company based in Gujarat, India. Unless a document expressly states otherwise, these policies are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the courts of Gujarat, India.
1. About this policy
This policy covers sparkschool.ai, www.sparkschool.ai and app.sparkschool.ai, operated by Qubiverse Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Cookies are small browser files. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and measurement scripts.
Optional analytics is off until you choose to enable it. Browsing, scrolling, signing in or agreeing to our Terms does not give permission for optional tracking. We do not enable advertising or marketing tags through this consent control.
2. Essential storage
- Sign-in and security: Supabase authentication storage (including names beginning with
sb-), app session tokens and account state keep your requested session working. Session duration depends on your account and sign-in settings; sign out to end access on a shared device. - Your cookie choice:
spark_cookie_consentis a signed, HTTP-only cookie lasting up to 180 days. Browser storage keeps the same choice available if the consent service is temporarily unavailable. These records contain the policy version, choices, a random browser identifier and expiry. - Requested settings: storage can remember a theme, teaching settings or an email address when you explicitly choose “Remember me”. We do not store your password through that feature. Browser settings can remove local storage; it does not expire automatically.
- Consent recovery:
spark_tracking_deniedkeeps tracking off if a save fails;spark-cookie-choicesynchronises choices between tabs. A temporary terms acknowledgement in session storage supports the sign-in flow.
These mechanisms support the service or a setting you requested. Blocking essential storage in your browser may prevent sign-in or saving preferences.
3. Optional analytics and performance
If you opt in, Google Analytics measures visits and usage on the website and app. It can set _ga and _ga_* cookies, configured here to last up to 180 days without extending on each visit. The website also uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to measure page usage and performance; these measurement scripts are subject to the same opt-in even where they do not set cookies.
Measurement may include the page path, browser and device information, performance timings and interactions. Our analytics setup removes URL queries and fragments from page locations. Do not include student information in URLs. Provider processing is described in Google’s privacy policy and Vercel’s privacy policy.
4. Accept, reject or change your choice
Choose Accept all to enable the optional analytics category, Reject non-essential to keep it off, or Customize to review and save your preference. Both acceptance and rejection are remembered for up to 180 days. We ask again when the choice expires or this policy version changes.
Use the Cookie settings button at the bottom of any page to change or withdraw permission. Withdrawal disables tracking, removes accessible Google analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop loaded scripts. It does not undo processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Your choice is specific to this browser and website hostname. The public website and app ask separately; a choice on one device does not opt in another. If you clear browser storage or use a private window, you may be asked again.
If our server is temporarily unavailable, your choice is kept in this browser and the site continues to respect it. Browser settings also let you inspect, block or delete stored data.
5. Consent records and policy changes
Our backend records a random browser identifier, policy version, selected category, hostname, timestamp and expiry as evidence of your choice. This consent record does not contain your prompts, student data, password or email. Terms acceptance is recorded separately against your verified account.
Browser choices expire after 180 days. Server audit records may remain after browser expiry where needed to demonstrate choices or resolve a privacy request. Contact us about access or deletion; legal or security obligations may affect what we can remove. Material changes to optional tracking require a new choice.
