SparkSchool AI is owned and operated by Qubiverse Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd., based in Gujarat, India.
Who is SparkSchool built for?
The platform is built for teachers, school leaders, and other adult education professionals. It is not designed as a direct-to-child AI service.
Which curricula are supported?
SparkSchool supports common Indian and international curricula, including CBSE, ICSE, IB, Cambridge, and state boards. Available alignment can vary by tool and subject.
Does AI replace the teacher?
No. SparkSchool creates drafts and suggestions. A teacher must review accuracy, suitability, bias, and curriculum alignment before classroom use.
Accounts, plans, and billing
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Teachers can begin with a Free plan without entering payment-card information. Current limits and included tools are shown on the Pricing page.
What is included with Pro?
Pro adds higher limits and advanced teaching workflows. The current feature comparison and billing options are listed on the Pricing page.
Where can Pro users see product updates?
The detailed changelog is available only to signed-in Pro members from the teacher dashboard.
Can a school purchase access for multiple teachers?
Yes. Schools can contact our team for deployment, onboarding, pricing, and account-management options.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
Individual and school purchases follow the Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Cancelling normally prevents future renewal; refund eligibility depends on the applicable policy or agreement.
Using the web app
How do I create better results?
Include the grade, subject, curriculum, topic, lesson duration, learning objective, and the format you need. Review and refine the generated draft.
Can I edit generated material?
Yes. Generated resources are intended to be reviewed, edited, saved, and adapted by the teacher.
Can SparkSchool generate assessments and answer keys?
Yes. Depending on the selected tool and plan, it can create questions, marks, sections, model answers, and rubrics. Teachers must verify them before use.
What should I do if a result is inaccurate?
Do not use it as-is. Correct the content, provide clearer context, generate a revision, and report recurring or serious issues through Support.
Where do I update my teaching profile?
Open Profile & Settings from the teacher account menu. Your curriculum, subjects, classes, and preferences help tailor outputs.
Privacy, children, and security
Is SparkSchool COPPA certified?
We do not describe SparkSchool as COPPA certified. Our teacher-led product design and child-privacy practices are intended to align with relevant COPPA principles. See the Trust Centre for details.
How does SparkSchool approach India’s DPDP framework?
Our programme is designed around purpose limitation, minimisation, security safeguards, responsible processing, and user rights under applicable Indian law.
Should teachers enter student personal information?
Only enter information you are authorised to use and that is genuinely required. Avoid full names, contact details, health records, passwords, identifiers, and other sensitive data.
Does SparkSchool train public AI models on my classroom content?
Our Privacy Policy explains how inputs and generated content are processed. We do not state that prompts are used to train public foundation models.
How is information protected?
We use safeguards such as encrypted HTTPS connections, access restrictions, operational controls, and incident-response processes. No online service can promise absolute security.
How do I report a security or child-safety concern?
Email hello@sparkschool.ai with the relevant details. For immediate danger or suspected criminal conduct, contact the appropriate local authority first.

Which law governs SparkSchool?
SparkSchool is operated from Gujarat, India. The Terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Gujarat, subject to mandatory applicable law.
How can I contact support?
Email hello@sparkschool.ai and include your account email, the page or tool involved, the approximate time, and a description of the issue. Never send your password or one-time password.
