Agree which teaching tasks AI can support and who reviews the outputs. Be clear about appropriate use in planning, assessment and student-facing activities.
Protect information
Agree what information teachers may enter and which approved systems they may use. Review your school’s data requirements and relevant provider documentation.
Keep assessment meaningful
Decide how AI assistance should be disclosed and what work needs to demonstrate a learner’s own understanding. Explain expectations clearly to teachers and families.
Review and improve
